Vacuum and deep clean
We vacuum the upholstery, apply a suitable pre-spray and extraction clean using our truck-mounted system and upholstery hand tool.
Check and explain aftercare
We review the work and explain ventilation, drying and when you can use the furniture again. Allow up to 24 hours for drying, depending on conditions.

A little preparation helps
Please check beneath the cushions and beside your furniture for valuables. Clear loose items, toys and pet toys from beneath and around the furniture.
Leave cushion covers in place. We vacuum the upholstery before cleaning and recommend cleaning matching cushions and the sofa body together.

What parts of the sofa do you clean?
We clean the arms, sides, back, cushions and the area beneath the cushions. Cleaning the whole item helps achieve a consistent finish. The underside of the sofa is not included.
How long will my upholstery take to dry?
Allow up to 24 hours before using your upholstery again. It often dries sooner, sometimes in around five to six hours, but the fabric, room temperature, ventilation and humidity all affect drying. We explain the expected drying time and aftercare after cleaning.
Should I remove or machine-wash the cushion covers first?
Please leave the covers on. For original cushions in the same fabric as the sofa, we recommend cleaning the cushions and body together using the same method. Washing covers separately can change their colour or appearance and leave a visible difference between the cushions and the rest of the sofa.
How should I prepare for upholstery cleaning?
Check beneath the cushions and beside the furniture for valuables and anything that may have slipped from pockets. Clear toys, pet toys and other loose items from beneath and around the furniture so we can access the work area. We vacuum the upholstery before cleaning.
Can you remove stains and pet odours?
We assess the fabric and the affected area, then discuss suitable treatment and the results we expect before starting. Some stains and odours may not be fully removable.
Can you clean every type of fabric?
We inspect each item and test a discreet area before cleaning to confirm a suitable approach. If we identify a concern or an item is unsuitable, we explain this before proceeding.
Do you clean fabric seating in businesses?
Yes. We clean suitable fabric chairs, sofas and other upholstered seating in commercial premises. Send photos and tell us about access and your preferred timing so we can plan the work around your business.
Why do you need photographs for a quote?
Seat counts alone do not show the size, shape or condition of furniture. Please send one clear photo of each whole item, plus close-ups of any stains or areas of concern. This helps us assess the work and provide an accurate quote.
